Return Process

  Log into our self-service returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large items like mattresses, we will coordinate with a local charity or specialized courier to collect the product directly from your home at no cost.

  Prepare the Item

  You do not need to wrap the mattress back in the original box; simply ensure it is accessible for the collection team on your scheduled date.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the collection is confirmed, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
